There is a report from the Comirnaty manufacturer, Pfizer called PREGNANCY AND LACTATION CUMULATIVE REVIEW, BNT162b2,
Cumulative Review from Pharmacovigilance Database , approved on 21 Apr 2021 (FDA-CBER-2021-5683-0779745).

Please confirm whether Pfizer or any other entity has provided information consistent with the information and data contained in the above report to any New Zealand health or government agency. If so please confirm which agency and on what date.
Please also confirm whether information, data or reports have been received from Pfizer or any other entity on the effects of any of the Pfizer Covid 19 vaccines on male fertility. If so please confirm to which agency and on what date.

1. You have not specifically confirmed that Medsafe received this particular document dated 21 Apr 2021. I asked about this specific report from 21 Apr 2021.
