I would like to request the following information in relation to Health Emergency Plans:

- A copy of the current Midland Regional Health Emergency Plan.
- A copy of the current Bay of Plenty District Health Emergency Plan.

I understand these may be operationally sensitive documents, so if any information is deemed not to be exempt from release, I ask this be redacted as opposed to the documents being withheld in full, if possible.
