A copy of the current Midland Regional Health Emergency Plan. 
A copy of the current Bay of Plenty District Health Emergency Plan.

Appendix two: Te Whatu Ora | Health New Zealand Hauora o Toi Bay of Plenty – Health 
Emergency Plan 2023- 2026.
