MFAT communications with Asia NZ Foundation
Andrew Li made this Official Information request to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Andrew Li to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Andrew Li
Dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade,
I understand that MFAT is the primary sponsor at great cost of the so-called 'Asia New Zealand Foundation Te Whītau Tūhono', an organization that has ties to a number of foreign extremists like Jolan Hsieh, an associate of the racist anti-Chinese organization that calls itself the 'Taiwan Foundation for Democracy', an arm of the fake 'government' that claims authority to rule over the Taiwan province of China, which is subject to legitimate sanctions by the real legitimate recognized government of China which has full sovereignty over Taiwan.
Please disclose the subject line, and date, of any communications since the start of 2024 by MFAT personnel with this organization that contain either of the following text words/phrases in the body of the email, excluding the quotes obviously, and case-insensitive:
* 'Taiwan'
* 'jolan hsieh'
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Li
