An unredacted version of the briefing paper to Minister of Finance on the Kâinga Ora Independent Review (T2023/1989) as I believe 9(2)(f)(iv) should no longer apply

Analysis that determined the 10,200-figure provided on page 6 of T2023/1989

The internal financial forecasting models which the Treasury received from Kainga Ora
