The cookies are baked in-house by the Lower Hutt Events Centre catering team. Unfortunately, they are not able to share the recipe.
However, their chef said he was happy to take special orders for the cookies if you would like to arrange that with the Events Centre.

At the recent citizenship ceremony hosted by the council on 16/04/2025, some cookies were served that were extremely delicious.
Could you please provide any information the council holds about the cookies served at the event, including:
* Who supplied or baked them
* Whether the recipe is on file
If the cookies were donated by a private citizen and no recipe is held, I completely understand — but I thought it was worth a nibble.
