Evidence of eligibility

 

Under the Official Information Act 1982  requests can only be made by;

 

Any person, being

a New Zealand citizen; or

 a permanent resident of New Zealand; or

 a person who is in New Zealand; or

a body corporate which is incorporated in New Zealand; or

a body corporate which is incorporated outside of new Zealand but  which
has a place of business in New Zealand,

 

From the information you have provided in your request it is unclear that 
you are entitled to make an Official Information Act request.

 

Please provide evidence of eligibility within 3 working days. It could be
copy of your passport, utility bill with NZ address, or your visa status
in NZ.

 

If we do not receive the evidence by end of Friday 16 April 2021, we will
