Project 1.1 Collaboration (Contract: 1617-44-037 A3) – Total funding: $318,000

Specifically, I request:

a. A detailed budget allocation and actual expenditure report for each of the above contracts, including:

Salaries and consultancy fees

Travel and accommodation

Event/wānanga costs

Administration and overheads

Communication, branding, or marketing costs

Research tools, technology, or scientific outputs

Payments to subcontractors or collaborators

Any other direct or indirect costs

b. Copies of progress and/or final reports submitted by Te Tira Whakamātaki under the conditions of the contracts.

c. A list of all deliverables or outputs produced under each of these contracts (e.g., research papers, reports, publications, datasets, tools, conservation outcomes, etc.)

d. Any performance evaluations, milestone reviews, or compliance checks conducted by Manaaki Whenua or any overseeing body in relation to these contracts.
