Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally request all communications from Trevor Booth, Controller of the Waikari Fire Brigade, in relation to the response, readiness, and recovery efforts concerning plantation forest areas, from 2022 onward. This request specifically pertains to any correspondence, reports, or other forms of communication related to the response actions taken during incidents, preparedness measures, and recovery efforts following such incidents.
Please include all relevant communications, including but not limited to emails, memos, meeting notes, and official correspondence, regarding:
Response Actions: Details of the actions taken by the Waikari Fire Brigade in response to incidents within plantation forest areas, including any emergency response operations and coordination.
Readiness: Communications related to preparedness and readiness strategies for dealing with fire or other emergencies in plantation forest areas.
Recovery: Efforts related to the recovery of plantation forest areas following incidents, including any long-term plans or activities undertaken.
Additionally, I would appreciate information regarding Trevor Booth's qualifications and professional background, specifically in relation to his role as the Controller of the Waikari Fire Brigade and any relevant certifications or qualifications he holds pertaining to fire management, emergency response, or related fields.
