From: Mal Robertson
Dear New Zealand Tourism Board,
I am writing to request an explanation of which AI tools were used to create the text in the following Reddit advertisement: https://www.reddit.com/user/Pure_New_Zea...
Could you please inform me what AI tools were used, why AI was chosen to create this post, who gave the approval for AI to be used to create this post, and whether it is policy to use AI to compose texts for Tourism NZ.
Could you please let me know how often AI is used in Tourism NZ and why? Additionally, what costs are associated with these tools, and what security measures are in place to ensure private government information is not accessed, used, or retained by the AI tools?
I would also know how much the reddit advertising listed above cost, and what the overall budget for the Minecraft promotional exercise was. I would also like to know any and all information about the target audience for these advertisements. Following that, could you please elaborate on why this particular audience was chosen for the campaign?
Could you please tell me if there has been internal discussions about using AI and whether this gives a positive impression to readers?
Finally, could you please let me know what your measures for success with this campaign are, and the expected outcomes.
Yours faithfully,
Mal Robertson
