I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your Official Information Act request dated Wednesday 12 March 2025. You have requested the following information:
 
  "Under the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I request access to any communications, in any form, between you or your office and weapons manufacturers from December 12, 2024, to March 12, 2025. This includes emails, memos, meeting notes, and any communications via electronic apps."

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than Thursday 10th April 2025, being 20 working days after the day your request was received in our office.
