Dear requester,

 

I refer to your request of 10 March 2025.  We apologise for the delay in
our response.  The University’s response follows:

 

‘Please advise the approximate number of students who are aged 35+ in the
current second and third year of the MBCHB degree.’

 

Due to the low number of students aged 35 years and over enrolled in the
parts II and III of the MBChB degree (<7 for each part) the precise number
of students in each part is withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the OIA to
protect the privacy of the individual students. If you were to request the
total number of students aged 35 years and over in parts II-VI of the
MBChB then this figure could be provided under the OIA.

 

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.
