The New Zealand Police are equipped with a variety of weapons to protect public safety, including firearms, tasers, tear gas and pepper spray. I would like to request the following information under the OIA:
* how often is the NZ police arsenal inventoried or audited, and when was the last inventory performed?
* A list of all firearms, tasers, other weapons and protective equipment (stab-proof / bullet proof vests, gas masks etc) which were unaccounted for in the last audit.
