Please provide all communication, including but not limited to, communication to/from Wintec Centre Directors, the Wintec Executive Team, Unions, and any other key stakeholders of the process, decision-making, finance and rationale of ceasing Wintec run programmes in the 2024/2025 years to date. This should also include dated evidence of any communication undertaken to ensure programmes were still available nationally to existing or proposed 2024/2025 learners, and other important stakeholders such as, but not limited to, students, public, iwi, councils and employers, and the responses gained.
