By batch please provide the number of Pfizer Covid vaccine doses retrieved from provider sites for Interwaste disposal contracts.

If doses of any batch were retrieved from provider sites for any purpose other than disposal through Interwaste disposal contracts please provide by batch:-

i)Site retrieved from
ii)Number of doses
iii)Destination (interim and final if known)
