Transcript of 111 call

I made an initial request on the 22/07/2015 06:06PM, for a transcript of a 111 call.
I have not had any response other than this has been passed onto the team that handles the OIA requests.
I understand that by law I should have had some response by now, can someone please respond and provide a copy of the call requested.
