order to progress your request, I need a bit more information.

Can you please advise if where you refer to a “targeted individual
program” you are referring to the changes made as part of the Returning
Offenders (Management and Information) Amendment Bill in 2023 -

The terminology used in your request is not official terms for any
Government program, so I just want to understand exactly what you are
