Could you please provide any information that confirms:

a. Whether the abandoned, boarded up buildings at this site will be demolished.
b. A timeframe within which demolition will occur.

I expect the community is comfortable that the buildings will be demolished, what replaces them will be the point of debate.

However as a member of the local community I would like to highlight that it is much preferable that you get the buildings demolished and leave a vacant site while plans are formed - whatever they be. Rather than boarded up abandoned buildings. Therefore I'm hoping you can provide some comfort by replying to this request with positive information.
