Thanks for providing the information. Some supplementary questions:

 

I note that the first page of the redacted document has an email from
Auckland Kindergarten Association (28 August) and contains reference to an
attachment; this attachment is missing. Can you please provide this
attachment? 

 

Did NZK make any further submission or comment to the Minister after the
Shaping Better Futures document towards the ECE regulatory review? It
seems as though there should also be a submission alongjsde this value
paper.

 

I also believe that there are other kindergarten associations whose
submissions on the ECE regulatory review have not been provided as part of
this OIA request including:

- Napier Association

- Kaitiaki Association

- Inspired Associarion

-Taranaki Association

- Kindergartens Aoteroa

- He Whanau Manaaki

- Kids First Association
