Please provide me with the following information that is held by Pharmac or Pharmacology and Therapeutics Advisory Committee (PTAC)

-Record of the Diabetes Subcommittee of PTAC held in 2024

With Pharmac’s procurement process for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices, insulin pumps and insulin pump consumables and the disclosure of meeting with the following groups:

*Diabetes NZ
*NZ Study for the Study of Diabetes
*Suppliers
*Government agencies
*Organiser of the petition
*Health New Zealand - Long Term Conditions *Health New Zealand - Data and Digital

Could meeting notes for the stake holders be disclosed which is stated as Diabetes NZ and the suppliers on the Pharmac website.
