From: Peter Brown

Dear MFAT,

According to whistleblowers, MFAT personnel were involved in a conspiracy by Noa Furman of the israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and her subordinates including Neha Sheth of the US State Department and Anna Krahotin of Global Affairs Canada during the November 2013 sessions that led to the preparation of resolution A/RES/68/276. Language was systematically weakened around the need to protect human rights, and observe international humanitarian law and protect refugees.

I am requesting-
a) All communications between July 2013 and July 2014 between Alana Messent and her main handler, Noa Furman ([email address]) or any other mfa.gov.il email address, and Furman's other proxies: [email address], [email address], [email address], [email address], [email address].
b) All official notes and reports made by Messent in regards the meetings that led to the production of resolution A/RES/68/276.

Yours faithfully,
Peter

Tēnā koe Peter Brown,

I am writing concerning your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 23 Septembr 2024 which asks for:

This email is to advise that we will need to extend the time limit for responding to you by 5 working days, to 29 November (please note 28 November is a public holiday). This is because responding to your amended request still necessitates review of a large quantity of information, and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the Ministry (section 15A(1)(a) of the OIA refers).

If you have any questions, you can contact us by email at: DM[email address]. You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision by contacting www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.

Ngā mihi
