Decision IRC-7115

Thank you for your request for information below.

The Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.

Wellington City Council has partly granted your request for information. Where redactions are necessary or information withheld, a reason and appropriate grounds under the Act will be provided.

However, I do need a little more time to finalise the response. I anticipate a response to be sent to you by 30 October , if not sooner.

Right of review
If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response, you may request the Office of the Ombudsman to investigate the Council’s decision. Further information is available on the Ombudsman website, http://www.ombudsman.parliament.nz/.
