reported on 26 June 2022.

regarding this incident.

4. Information on the location, nature of the occurrence, and any agencies
or organizations involved in the investigation or resolution.

5. A copy of the video that was to be sent by the submitter in relation to
this occurrence.

6. Any other relevant information pertaining to this occurrence.

We received your request on 16 September 2024. We will endeavour to
respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than
14 October 2024, being 20 working days after your request was received.
