    Dear M,
I refer to your request of 8 September 2024. As your request is for a large quantity of official information or necessitates a search through a large quantity of information and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the University, and consultations necessary to make a decision on your request are such that a response cannot reasonably be given within the original time limit, the University has extended the time limit for your request under section 15A(1)(a) and (b) of the OIA. The new maximum time limit for the University’s response is 11 October 2024; we will respond to your request as soon as reasonably practicable. You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with this extension.
Ngâ mihi

    Dear M,

I refer to your email of 8 September 2024 requesting information under the
Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), for information as set out below.  We
apologise for the delay in responding.

- The number of first year and grad MAPAS applicants to MBChB this year
 for next year's (2025) intake

This information is attached.

- The number of first year and grad MAPAS applicants to MBChB this year
who received an interview invite (general MMI interview or MAPAS
 specialised interview)

This information is attached.

- The GPA cut-off for first year and grad MAPAS MBChB applicants to
receive an interview invite (MMI or MAPAS specialised)

There is no GPA cut off for MAPAS and therefore, we refuse this part of
your request under section 18(g) of the Act, as the information requested
is not held by the University.

 dissatisfied with this response.

Yours sincerely,
Farleigh Quinlivan
