Dear Rotorua District Council,

Under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, I
request the following information regarding the consultation process for
the Tarawera Sewerage Scheme:

1. All records of consultation with iwi and hapū, including the Rotokākahi
Board of Control, concerning the Tarawera Sewerage Scheme. This includes
but is not limited to meeting minutes, correspondence (emails, letters),
reports, and any documentation of agreements or understandings reached.

2. Details of any meetings or hui that involved discussions about the
pipeline route, including dates, attendees, and outcomes.

Please provide this information in electronic format. If any part of this
request is unclear, or if there are any charges associated with providing
this information, please respond as soon as possible.
