In the following OIA you have stated that a number of reviews would be carried out in Q1 and Q2 2024, see the section "steps the electoral commission has taken in response"

I have been unable to find a specific update in your report on the 2023 general election.
Were there any other reviews , beyond the ones mentioned in the above OIA, that were carried out related to issues reported during the election , I am particulary interested in reviews by third parties and the responses to same.
