Dear Ministry of Justice,
According to your response to OIA 108818, a small number of charging documents filed by private prosecutors are accepted for filing by Registrars and not referred to a District Court Judge. I request all guidance, policies, and advice given to District Court Registrars regarding the handling of charging documents filed by private prosecutors.
