Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

 

I have concerns that NZTA has not undertaken Due Diligence in regard to
isolating Work Road to a Left turn out and North Bound In only
intersection.

 

I therefore request under the Official Information Act 1982 the below
documents relating to the SH2 Waihi to Tauranga Corridor Project:

Issued for Construction Drawings (IFC) complete set; Design Options
Analysis ; Risk Assessment for the Wire Rope Barriers; Risk Assessment on
Work Road Intersection for the current IFC design and alternative designs;
Sight Distance Analysis of the Work Road SH2 Intersection; and Analysis
and Risk Assessment of Emergency Service Response Times to Work Road prior
and post works.
