This is a request for the Riverlink Report by Emma Hope. The existence of this document was reported in the local news paper.
It is assumed that the Hope report includes economic analysis.
This request for information includes the documents used to calculate economics and CO2 emissions for the Hope report. It is assumed these documents will be one or more spreadsheets to calculate the capital benefits & cost analysis and CIPA. This request is for the unadulterated spreadsheets.

the values in the spreadsheets,
the formula applied to the values,
notes and text in the spreadsheets.
