This is an official information request.

I would like to request for an update on which recommendations accepted by RNZ, after the 2023 editorial audit and website editing scandal, have been implemented and which ones still have not been implemented.

Of the recommendations which have not been implemented, I would like to know which ones haven't been implemented and why not.
