This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Vanessa Sinclair to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Vanessa Sinclair
Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
I saw in section 5 (Strategy & Board Priorities) of your Board Meeting Minutes dated April 2024, that the names of the documents presented by Rēnata Blair were hidden.
Please provide:
1. The reason for hiding the names of those documents, including the person who directed they be hidden, and the justification for the secrecy.
2. A copy of the two documents you intended to conceal from the public.
To avoid confusion or delay, here is a link to your document page with links to the minutes document i refer to:

Dear Government Services,
I'm sorry, I misread the initial document and thought the redaction related to documents. I still want the redacted information. As a tax payer funded entity, there is no valid reason for the redaction.
If you don't want to supply their actual names, please provide details of their employer/organisation and role.
We're they ACC staff? Consultants? Government representatives?
Many thanks.

We are refusing to provide the names of the two staff members contained
within the April 2024 Board Meeting Minutes. This decision is made under
section 9(2)(a) of the Act to protect their privacy. In doing so, we have
considered the public interest in making the information available and
have determined that it does not outweigh the need to protect the privacy
of the individuals.
However, we can advise that they are both internal ACC staff members with
the roles of Kaitūhono Rautaki Matua/Strategic Engagement Partner.
