Your request appears to be for a large amount of information and it is not
clear to us what you are asking for. Before we begin working on your
request, we would like you to clarify:

 1. what you mean when you say you would like references;
 2. which guides, guidelines, tutorials you would like. 

 

We would also like you to clarify another of your requests, dated 29 May.
This was: 

I am writing to request the current list of all of ACC's notices and
forms, with descriptors. Please also provide the list of historical ACC's
notices and forms, with descriptors, for 2021, 2022, and 2023, if they are
different from the current notices and forms. Please provide the
information in an excel spreadsheet format.
On 3 June, you asked for the ‘directory extension for each document (in
Promapp or other repository) and last date of change.’ 
 
Please specify what you mean by ‘notices’, ‘forms’, ‘descriptors’ and
‘directory extensions’. Please also specify the topic you would like these
for. 
 

Requests responded to under the OIA have a timeframe of 20 working days.
