Attention Thames Coromandel District Council:

 

Thames-Coromandel District Council (TCDC) is listed on the New Zealand
Business Registry NZBN 9429041920145 in the business of local government
appears in the New Zealand Company Register as a shareholder in New
Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited.

 

As shareholder of the company 'New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency
Limited', TCDC has entered into a security trust deed with 'TEL Security
Trustee (LGFA) Limited' which is also a limited liability company
incorporated under the Companies Act 1993 and according to interpretations
pursuant to the security trust deed - 'person, includes an individual,
firm, company, corporation, unincorporated body or persons, organisation
or trust, and any government, government agency or authority, in each case
whether or not having a separate legal personality'.

 

As there are no details or information available to document the
shareholder / person / entity that is 'Thames-Coromandel District Council'
and this information is essential for public comprehension of the local
government system, please supply the following information in accordance
with the official information act:

 

1. Provide the name of the natural person currently acting as and
re-presenting Thames-Coromandel District Council.

 

2. Provide the documents of incorporation and or registration of the
entity known as Thames-Coromandel District Council.

 

3. Provide full list of the beneficial owners / shareholders and each
share parcel of Thames-Coromandel District Council.

 

4. Provide a list of all organisations and or individuals or any type both
onshore and offshore, which grant or provide subsidy to Thames-Coromandel
District Council in any way and the dollar amount every financial year for
the last 5 years.

 

5. Provide the total dollar figure owed by Thames-Coromandel District
Council and any of its subsidiaries, and the legal name of all creditors
owed in excess of $50,000 as at the date of this request.

 

6. Provide a number of how many households or rating units in the district
administered by TCDC are in rates arrears and what is the $ figure of all
arrears as at the end of each of the last 5 financial years.

 

7. Provide the TCDC shareholder consent form signed as per the companies
act for shares held in New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited
along with the authorisation for an agent to sign on behalf of an entity
and provide evidence that where more than two shareholders are present,
that consent has been provided by each of the persons in the prescribed
format.

 

8. Provide a complete list of all trust deeds, guarantees and securities
held over TCDC and any of its representatives and signatories and the
supply relevant documents to evidence the obligation or relationship in
accordance with the Act.

 

Please provide all information in full and if any reassignment of any
aspect of this request is to be forwarded to an additional department for
answers - please do so in a timely manner to ensure all aspects of this
request are upheld and provided in full within the statutory period
