Last week, while Council staff were looking at the FYI website for an
unrelated reason, we noticed an official information request from you that
was showing as overdue. This was investigated because the FYI website
states that requests made through the site are sent directly to Council.

 

Following investigation, we found that the original email notification
from FYI was quarantined and not released. As a result, your request was
not passed on to the team that processes requests under the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA). Council
apologises for the delay this caused and any inconvenience. Information
about how to make a complaint to the Ombudsman about this delay is
available at [1]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or by calling 0800 802 602.

 

In response to your request, Council confirms that no invoices have been
received from Agite Consulting.
