Occurrence Number 16/1973, CAA Investigation, Robinson R22 Beta II,
ZK-HCB, 30 April 2016. This fatal accident is not investigated by TAIC,
and information suggested that a CAA investigation is held, and completed.
However there is no reference 16/1973 found in either Fatal reports or
accident briefs on the CAA website, so I am requesting for that if any
final report is made it should be publicly released. Cf. Annex 13 and
local adoptions.

We can advise that there is no CAA fatal accident investigation for the
accident mentioned in your request as the matter led to prosecution.
