Thanks for your clarification of your information request under the Local

We have assessed the amount of work required to respond to your request
and provide the information you are seeking. The amount of time required
to collate this information has been estimated to be 65 hours.

 

Auckland Council’s [1]charging policy for requests under LGOIMA sets 4
hours as the limit for non-chargeable time. Accordingly, should you wish
to proceed with your request in its current form, we would require you to
pay for 61 hours’ time, charged at $38 per half-hour, inclusive of GST.
This would set the fee at $4636.00.

 

You are welcome to modify the scope of your request in order to reduce the
amount of collation required, and thus avoid a fee. If this interests you,
please feel free to give me a call on the numbers below, and we can
endeavour to refine your request.

 

If you do not wish to refine your request, or pay the fee, then your

Dear Rosie,

 

Could avoid the fee by only including permits from the suburbs Onehunga
and Hillsborough? If not, could I instead request the date/s and
applicant/s for any permit issued for Taylor's Bay Reserve/Bluff Terrace
in Hillsborough from 1 January 2014 onwards? If neither of these are
possible could I please cancel my request.

Thanks for your clarification of your information request under the Local 
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (“LGOIMA”).

 

 

 

We have assessed the amount of work required to respond to your request 
and provide the information you are seeking. The amount of time required 
to collate this information has been estimated to be 65 hours.

 

 

 

Auckland Council’s [1]charging policy for requests under LGOIMA sets 4 
hours as the limit for non-chargeable time. Accordingly, should you wish 
to proceed with your request in its current form, we would require you to 
pay for 61 hours’ time, charged at $38 per half-hour, inclusive of GST.

This would set the fee at $4636.00.

 

 

 

You are welcome to modify the scope of your request in order to reduce
the  amount of collation required, and thus avoid a fee. If this interests
you,  please feel free to give me a call on the numbers below, and we can 
endeavour to refine your request.

 

 

 

 

If you do not wish to refine your request, or pay the fee, then your 
request will be refused under [2]s 17(f) of LGOIMA, on the basis that the 
information cannot be made available without substantial collation or 
research.
