‘MBIE Auckland office visits from CEOs 1 Mar - 30 Sep 2021

The offices in Auckland have a sign in process where visitors must sign
in. I am requesting information the following visitors to your offices
from 1 Mar 2021 until 30 Sep 2021 for the following CEOs:

Greg Foran of Air New Zealand

Miles Hurrell of Fonterra

Spencer Sonn of Woolworths

Carl George of Mainfreight

Jason Braid of Mainfreight

Please share the date and time of the sign in, the sign out time, and the
name of the MBIE staff member whom the visitor was seeing.

This information should all be in your kiosk visitor sign-in system.’

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 31 May 2024, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
