Criminal convictions.
Matt made this Official Information request to Department of Internal Affairs
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Matt to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Matt
Dear Department of Internal Affairs,
Please can you advise if selecting yes to having criminal convictions would automatically not make you eligible to be granted Citizenship through the automated systems?
I would like to add all convictions have been been fully declared to the Department of Immigration, this question is to get an understanding on timescales with selecting this box.
Yours faithfully,
Matt
