confirm what you are hoping to get from this request?
If you are seeking information about processing timeframes for a specific
application, I must advise that the Department of Internal Affairs (the
Department) receive a number of Citizenship data requests which become
quickly outdated, as the data is constantly changing. I note the
submission date on your request is less than twelve months

As noted on our website, once the Department has looked over the
application, you will be contacted if any additional information is
required.
If you no longer wish to proceed with this request please advise.
Otherwise, the Department will provide a response as soon as practicable,
and within twenty working days. The 20th working day is 4 March 2024.
Please note that, in cases where the Department’s response provides
information that is identified to be of general public interest, the
response may also be published on the Department of Internal Affairs
website. If the Department publishes its response to your OIA request,
all personal information, including your name and contact details, will be
removed.
