Dear Auckland Transport,
Could you please advise what procedures you have in place for when Auckland Transport is notified of a death or serious injuring on its network. For example, is an engineer asked to review the safety of the location. Is a staff member assigned to attend the funeral?
Yours faithfully,
Chris Werry
