On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I
acknowledge your email of 17 April 2024 requesting under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

 

‘I request under the Official Information Act a copy of the template
peer/proof form used on ministerial briefings/memos before it is sent
across to a minister.’

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 16 May 2024.  being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
