The Ombudsman has published a case note on this request:
http://www.ombudsman.parliament.nz/syste...

The outcome was that the Chief Ombudsman formed the opinion that there was not a good reason to withhold the information, and recommended the Prime Minster release it. The Prime Minister accepted the Chief Ombudsman's opinion and agreed to release the information.
