‘I would like to request the latest flowcharts showing how INZ processes
the following applications:

1. Skilled migrant category

2. Straight to Residence Visa

3. Work to Residence Visa

4. Permanent Resident Visa

5. New Zealand citizenship endorsement

 

For the flowcharts, they should show every step from application received
to application outcomes.’

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 14 May 2024, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe.

Before we proceed to respond we would like to clarify what you mean by
“Flowchart” ?

 

We use the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which are step-by-step
guides to assist INZ staff in completing a task or activity, are you after
the SOPs for your request ?

 

Please advise whether you are happy to amend your request as suggested
above for SOPs by COB 2 May 2024. If we do not receive a response in this
time, we will continue to process your request in its current form.
