Correspondence about Fred Again
Mike Smith made this Official Information request to Department of Internal Affairs
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Mike Smith to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Mike Smith
Hello,
I request under the Official Information Act 1982, all correspondence (including but not limited to emails, instant messages, briefings, reports, letters, minutes, notes, and file notes of phone calls) since 1 February 2024, on the following:
1. Correspondence within the Department of Internal Affairs regarding Deputy Chief Executive Maria Robertson's communication with Frederick Gibson (Fred Again) or his team.
2. Correspondence to or between the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Department of Internal Affairs regarding Fred Again or his team.
3. Correspondence to or between the Department of Internal Affairs and Fred Again or his team.
The scope of the request can be refined if collating would take too much time. Where other considerations outweigh the release of information, I would prefer to receive redacted documents where applicable rather than nothing at all.
Yours faithfully,
Mike Smith

Kia ora Mike,
I am working with our IT team to have a technical issue resolved whereby
we haven’t been able to successfully send your OIA response and appendix
of documents, since originally sending it on 24 May 2024.
Do you have an alternative email address where can send the documents?
Thanks

I can't find any response, or an email to our support address from the agency. I have emailed Benjamin directly to ask. Perhaps they were sent to the wrong domain name.
