With regards to the meeting held 28th feb (https://scanmail.trustwave.com/?c=8510&a...) from 3:55 onwards, talking about Teitei Drive.

At 7:07 Fiona states she "has made statements to councillors to try and make this happen". Please provide a copy of any statements, records, emails or notes relating to Fiona and Teitei Drive.

at 8:31 Weston states "we will have opportunity to divest it and bring it back". Please advise if council has had any further discussions, workshops, emails, meetings regarding Teitei Drive. Please also provide any documentation or emails relating to such.

I refer to your official information request dated 10 April 2024. Please
find below the response to your questions:

 

 1. At 7:07 Fiona states she "has made statements to councillors to try
and make this happen". Please provide a copy of any statements,
records, emails or notes relating to Fiona and Teitei Drive.

We are unable to provide copies of documents as requested as they do not
exist. Any record of statements, notes or emails relating to Teitei Drive
and Councillor Kahukura Hadley-Chase has already been made available to
you either through previous LGOIMA requests or publicly available minutes
on Council’s website.

 

 2. at 8:31 Weston states "we will have opportunity to divest it and bring
it back". Please advise if council has had any further discussions,
workshops, emails, meetings regarding Teitei Drive. Please also
provide any documentation or emails relating to such.

We are unable to provide copies of documents as requested as they do not
exist. You have been furnished with information pertaining to any
subsequent discussions through your official information request dated 1
March, and again in your official information request dated 18 March 2024.
Please Mayor Kirton stated, “we will have the opportunity to digest….” and
not “divest” as noted in your request.
