Thank you for your below request for information, received by Police on 4 April 2024.
We are contacting you in accordance with section 18B of the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) as your request, as it is currently worded, would require substantial collation and research in order to locate any communications all of Police have had with Chloe Swarbrick.
Your request may be refused under section 18(f) of the OIA, as the information requested cannot be made available without substantial collation or research.
In order to provide you with information sooner and in order to work within a more manageable request, are you happy to refine your request by advising Police of a topic/subject that you're interested in relation to Police communications/meetings with Chloe Swarbrick between October 2023 and 3 April 2024.
Please respond by 10 April 2024 so that we can consider your refinement in our response to your request.
Please note, under section 15 of the OIA, any clarification or amendments made to a request within seven days after the date it is received, that request may be treated as a new request and the time limit for the response restarts.
