Processing of information request

Andrew Riddell made this Official Information request to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade

The request was successful.

From: Andrew Riddell

Dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade,

In January this year I made an information request about advice being given by the Ministry to the Prime Minister and to the Minister of Foreign Affairs on matters related to Israel and Gaza.

The request was made through the fyi.org site. The Ministry assigned the reference number OIA 29002 to this request.

Today I received some information in response to my request. For your information I have lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman in relation to information provided and some other matters.

I now request all communications relating to the processing of this request, including the assessment of the request and the preparation of the Minstry's responses to this information request. For the purposes of this request 'communications' includes emails, letters, internal correspondence, briefings, file notes, records of phone calls and/or conversations, personal recollections and so on.

Yours faithfully,

Andrew Riddell
