by the Employment Relations Authority, or resolved between the parties)?
C) If any personal grievances have been brought under (A), how many have
resulted in the payment of compensation and/or legal costs by the
University of Auckland to the party issuing the personal grievance or
directly to their representative?
D) If any personal grievances have been brought under (A), how many have
resulted in the University of Auckland issuing an apology to the party
issuing the personal grievance?”

One.

N/A – the one personal grievance brought under E has not been resolved.
