Dear University of Auckland,

A) What is the number of current or former academic staff members within the Faculty of Engineering who have brought personal grievance claims against the University of Auckland since 15/4/2023?

B) If any personal grievances have been brought under (A), how many remain active (in the sense that they have not been withdrawn, determined by the Employment Relations Authority, or resolved between the parties)?

C) If any personal grievances have been brought under (A), how many have resulted in the payment of compensation and/or legal costs by the University of Auckland to the party issuing the personal grievance or directly to their representative?

D) If any personal grievances have been brought under (A), how many have resulted in the University of Auckland issuing an apology to the party issuing the personal grievance?

E) What is the number of current or former academic staff members within the Faculty of Law/Auckland Law School who have brought personal grievance claims against the University of Auckland since 15/4/2023?

F) If any personal grievances have been brought under (E), how many remain active (in the sense that they have not been withdrawn, determined by the Employment Relations Authority, or resolved between the parties)?

G) If any personal grievances have been brought under (E), how many have resulted in the payment of compensation and/or legal costs by the University of Auckland to the party issuing the personal grievance or directly to their representative?

follows.
