In response to your concerns that questions 2 and 3 have not been answered, I refer you to our original response and, additionally note that due to the expectation that staff work a majority of their working week from the Ministry Office and the standing policy offering formal and informal flexible working arrangements. The Ministry does not regularly record occupancy rates. Our flexible working policy is currently under review.
The information you have requested is not held and there is no obligation to create it under 18(g) of the Official Information Act.
