Official information request for emails sent to the nominations database.

I refer to your official information request dated 12 January for emails sent to the Manatû Wâhine Ministry for Women’s (the Ministry) nominations database.

You requested a copy of emails sent from the Ministry to the nominations database. However, your request for information is too broad and we seek clarification on the type or subject of the emails you are requesting. The Ministry sends a large volume of emails to the nominations database each year, with some emails sent to multiple email addresses. It will be difficult for the Ministry to meet the legislative timeframes of this request as is currently stands.

Please contact the Ministry with further clarification as soon as practical to ensure we get the requested information to you in a timely manner.
